Job Description

Demonstrating the tests for the treatment of the patients. Answering phone inquiries in an efficient and effective way. Utilizing phone scripts. Conducting patient consultations online or in-office comprehensively. Making confirmation and reminder calls. Follow-up calls from patient consultations. Interacting with patients/family day of the procedure. Interacting with referring and co-managing doctor’s office. Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape within the healthcare industry. Creating compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies and whitepapers, highlighting the features, benefits and clinical outcomes of our services. Coordinating promotional activities and events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars and trade shows to showcase our solutions and treatments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads and influencers to gain insights, foster collaboration and support business development efforts. Utilizing digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns and online advertising to reach target audiences and drive engagement. Having excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs. Being personable and empathetic with the patient’s needs and concerns. Working independently “and” as a valued member of the team. Responding to common inquiries or complaints from patients and listen to them attentively. Following established protocols. Having strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process. Having computer skills.
