Medical Biller

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to auto insurance, third-party liability carriers, and attorneys.
• Verify patient coverage and eligibility, including PIP (Personal Injury Protection) and MedPay benefits.
• Track claims and follow up on unpaid or underpaid bills to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Work with personal injury attorneys to ensure proper lien filing and documentation.
• Review and reconcile Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of billing, payments, denials, and collections.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and legal representatives.
• Understand and comply with HIPAA, billing regulations, and state laws relevant to personal injury billing.

Required Qualifications:-

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and reimbursement procedures.
• Knowledge of medical coding systems: CMS -1500, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Proficiency in using billing software and practice management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
