Media Sales Executive

As a Junior Sales Executive in Media Sales based in Chandigarh, you will leverage your 2 years of experience in the Sales/Business Development department to drive revenue growth through identifying and engaging potential clients for advertising solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to approach clients across various platforms such as print, digital, TV, or radio, pitching customized media plans, and conducting both physical and virtual meetings to understand their needs. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will develop end-to-end campaign strategies, from planning to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of tailored proposals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through follow-ups and performance reviews will be crucial, along with coordinating with creative, content, and media planning teams to ensure timely delivery and campaign success. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to confidently handle client meetings and interactions.
