MBA graduate PMO2 We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MBA graduate to join our team as a PMO professional in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines. Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Conduct project reviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on project management best practices. Job Requirements Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana or Trello. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. An MBA degree is required for this position.
