MBA Graduate (Marketing)

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join a dynamic and forward-thinking tech and digital services firm offering bespoke digital solutions across web, software, mobile, and marketing platforms.

They are looking for someone who can identify client needs, confidently present IT solutions, and support deal closures in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

As a Business Development Executive / Online Bidder, you will be engaging with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and present suitable digital solutions. They will consider Fresher, Interns or experienced candidates.

This role offers salary range of ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 in hand plus a Performance-based bonus (₹20,000).

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering consultation sessions, both virtually and face-to-face, as required.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across various service areas.
• Supporting the preparation of tailored proposals and following up to secure agreements.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure a smooth handover of secured projects.
• Recording daily interactions and progress accurately using internal systems or CRM tools.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
• Possess 0-1.5 years of experience.
• Must have a master’s degree in marketing.
• Knowledge of digital services (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and explain technical services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Shift Timings:

· Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
