Job Description

Malayalam-speaking Telesales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote matrimonial services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and assist customers in understanding available options.
Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate call logs and sales records.
Follow professional etiquette and dress code while representing the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, preferably in a customer-centric or matrimonial services environment.
Proficiency in Malayalam language is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
