Job Description

Telesales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the designated system.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and dress code.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
