Job Type: Full-time (work from home) Job Description: IB Maths Pi Vector focuses on international curriculums - IB and Cambridge, as well as popular Olympiads. While our priority in school curriculum is in IBDP and AS&A-Levels, we also cater to high school MYP and IGCSE. In Olympiads our flagship programs are AMC and CEMC, while we also help with UKMT and Asian Olympiads. Eligibility/Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the IBDP curriculum and assessment requirements. Previous experience tutoring IB Math students preferred. Work Experience: 3+ years of teaching in the relevant area. Experience in teaching IB/ ICSE / IGCSE/ CBSE Curriculum. Must have experience of teaching 11th & 12th Std. Remuneration: 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA (based on the eligibility and recruitment criteria) Working Days: 6 days, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one week off (Monday). Working Timings: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should be innovative and well-organized and should have the capacity to raise achievement through motivating and inspiring students. Will be responsible for training and mentoring thestudents in a result-oriented manner coupled with academic enrichment for self and the organization. A broad break-up of the role is as follows: A. Content development and research Educational Background: • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. • A Master’s degree or teaching certification in a relevant area is a plus. • Previous experience teaching or tutoring IB Mathematics for High School is preferred. Knowledge & Skills: • Deep understanding of the IB Maths syllabus, including the specific requirements of the Internal Assessment. • Familiarity with IB exam papers, grading rubrics, and assessment criteria. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, digestible terms. • Ability to develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of each student. • Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
