Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Marketing Staff located in Basti. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include working on marketing campaigns, customer service, and managing communications. The role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service experience
• Can Onboard Doctors & Bring Reffereals Business
• Proficient in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Experience in Sales and implementing marketing plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
