Marketing person

Bros One Tech is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and assist customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and market our products/services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or higher qualification; certifications in marketing/sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
