SpotDraft is revolutionizing the way contracts are managed, making the process fast, easy, and stress-free for high-growth companies such as PhonePe, Chargebee, Unacademy, Meesho, and Cred. By utilizing our platform, legal teams can save 10 hours per week and close deals 25% faster. We understand that time is money, and contracts should not be a hindrance to your progress. As a Marketing Operations Specialist at SpotDraft, your responsibilities will include: Campaign Execution & Management: - Executing and managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including email, paid ads, webinars, and content syndication. - Setting up automation sequences, landing pages, and tracking within CRM and Outreach tools. - Maintaining a marketing calendar to ensure brand consistency and executional alignment. Marketing Technology & Systems: - Owning and optimizing marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to ensure alignment with business goals. - Managing lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing for a smooth marketing-to-sales transition. - Evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of new marketing tools as required. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Tracking and reporting key metrics like MQL to SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and pipeline velocity. - Building dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing and sales performance. - Analyzing trends and providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign ROI. Process Optimization & Collaboration: - Documenting and refining marketing processes for scalability. - Acting as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on pipeline, lead definitions, and customer marketing. - Collaborating with RevOps to ensure seamless reporting and data flow across the revenue funnel. - Supporting sales enablement initiatives based on marketing insights. We are looking for candidates with: - 2-3 years of experience in marketing or campaign operations within a B2B SaaS company. - Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce; experience with Clay and Unify is a plus. - Strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and experience with BI tools like Google Data Studio and Tableau. - Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills. - SQL or database querying experience. - Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or similar. - Certifications in HubSpot, Clay, or Unify are preferred.
