Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Broadcast Marketing:

• Plan, draft, and send multiple daily promotional messages via WhatsApp, SMS, and other broadcast tools.

• Create seasonal and product-specific campaigns to attract walk-in and online customers.

• Client Relationship Management (B2B):

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers such as offices, schools, and resellers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate bulk orders or customized deals.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage our store’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Post engaging content including product highlights, offers, customer reviews, and updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost online visibility.

• Marketing Strategy:

• Assist in planning local promotional events or tie-ups.

• Provide creative input for in-store promotions, banners, and printed materials.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and copywriting skills (Hindi & English)
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, SMS tools, and basic CRM
• Experience in managing social media pages and basic content creation
• Familiarity with the Raipur electronics market is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an added advantage
