Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Strategic Planning Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple APAC markets. Ensure campaigns are aligned with regional strategy and adapted for local market nuances. Oversee the creation of campaign assetsemails, social content, landing pages, digital adswith adherence to brand messaging. Develop content strategies rooted in data insights and market research. Digital Marketing Execution Manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns across platforms. Work closely with global marketing to implement the latest tools and technologies. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; apply insights to optimize outcomes. Implement A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation to enhance campaign impact. Content Strategy and Development Lead the content creation process, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Ensure content is relevant, culturally adapted, and supports regional and local objectives. Provide guidance to local teams on content localization and brand consistency. Local Market Support & Partner Management Act as a strategic liaison between regional and local market teams. Guide the selection of trade/media partners aligned with campaign and brand goals. Oversee local media planning and buying in collaboration with market teams. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track marketing KPIs and deliver regular reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations. Optimize strategies based on data and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Community Building & Influencer Engagement Oversee content tied to KOL collaborations and community engagement. Develop influencer marketing strategies to drive awareness and build brand credibility. Ensure brand consistency across all materials and engagement channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with regional marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment across markets. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Partner with analytics and product teams for data integration and campaign tracking. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 810 years of experience in strategic and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels. In-depth knowledge of digital channels including SEO/SEM, paid search, social, email, and marketing automation. Experience with CMS, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and automation tools (Marketo, Pardot). Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Proven success guiding local markets on campaign adaptation and partner/media selection. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate insights into effective, regionally tailored marketing strategies. Content Leadership : Strong capability in crafting or overseeing development of localized, high-performing content. Digital Savvy : Deep understanding of emerging marketing platforms and digital trends. Stakeholder Engagement : Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals. Execution Excellence : Proven track record of delivering on-time, on-budget marketing programs in a complex regional setting.
