Marketing Head Automation & Robotics Manufacturing

The Marketing Head role entails developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support sales efforts across domestic and international markets. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing all aspects of the marketing funnel, from market research and lead generation to sales support, customer relationship management, and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strategic thinking skills, an execution focus, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving business growth. Responsibilities include: - Developing strategies to achieve sales targets and managing lead pipelines. - Participating in trade shows/events and forming partnerships for lead generation. - Engaging with consultants to generate domestic and international leads. - Maintaining an accurate lead database and validating leads for quality. - Conducting client visits, understanding needs, and delivering solution-based presentations. - Managing customer interactions from inquiry to sales closure. - Collecting client requirements and coordinating with the Development Team. - Supporting project execution to meet customer expectations. - Creating and maintaining marketing materials such as brochures and case studies. - Planning and executing social media strategies with engaging, brand-aligned content. - Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends and gaps. - Recommending new product/service opportunities based on insights. - Implementing feedback systems to enhance customer satisfaction. - Preparing and maintaining ISO/compliance documentation for marketing activities.
