· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the hospital’s objectives. · Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors and patient needs to refine marketing strategies. · Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) · Coordinate with designers, content creators and external agencies to produce marketing materials. · Identify target markets and craft marketing messages that resonate with different marketing strategies. · Track and report the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed. · Work on enhancing the hospital’s brand image through public relations, patient testimonials and community outreach programs. · Implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction. · Organize and promote health awareness programs, seminars and community events. · Collaborate with the medical team to create educational content that promotes hospital services. · Conduct Market Research to identify new opportunities of growth. · Gather and analyze patient feedback to understand their needs and performances. · Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders, including physicians, referral sources, community organizations, and media outlets. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with hospital goals. · Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
