Ensure proper storage conditions as per drug specifications (temperature, humidity, segregation). Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of stock. Raise purchase indents based on stock thresholds and consumption patterns. Coordinate with the purchase department for timely order processing and follow-up with vendors. Verify goods received against invoices and purchase orders (GRN process). Ensure adherence to First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) principles.
