Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Support mobilizer and referral program promotions through WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms.
• Help analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with field teams and callers to monitor referral quality.
• Contribute to social media content and marketing collaterals.
• Work with the product team on user engagement and onboarding strategies.
• Outreach to potential Clients

Who Should Apply:

• Fresh graduates from reputable institutes (marketing, mass communication, business, or related fields).
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles.
• Passionate about building products for Bharat users.
• Strong communication (Hindi + basic English) and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends and basic digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp/Telegram marketing or influencer outreach.
• Canva, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Hindi speaking proficiency (mandatory).
• Enthusiasm for fast-paced startups and ownership mindset.
