Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake business development activity with MBA admission consultants, CAT/GMAT coaching centres etc. to promote the Mahindra University MBA/EMBA.
• To undertake prospect conversion activities, including telephone campaigns and individual consultations/counselling.
• Liaise with applicants or family, to guide them through the application process, ensuring that they have all the information they require regarding the process, programmes and the college.
• Undertake & monitor marketing campaigns, especially email, social media and digital marketing.
• Processing of all applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the standards set by the University.
• To offer high quality service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
• Shortlist applicants for interview, arrange interviews, support applicants on interview day and coordinate post-interview feedback.
• Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant.

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong business development/sales experience.
• Understanding of running digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in higher education admissions/enrolment.
• Strong communication skills in English language. Knowledge of Hindi and Telugu will be an advantage.
• Sharp & calculative on field, must be willing to travel.
• Should have a strong network with good CAT/GMAT Coaching centres, MBA admission consultants etc.
