Manufacturing Engineer (1-2 Years)

• Process Design and Optimization:Designing, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Equipment Management:Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Quality Control:Ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Production Planning and Scheduling:Managing production schedules, material requirements, and resource allocation to meet production goals.
• Cost Analysis:Calculating and managing production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Technical Support:Providing technical support to manufacturing staff, resolving production issues, and training employees on new processes and equipment.
• New Technology Implementation:Staying up-to-date on new technologies and implementing them to improve manufacturing operations.
