Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & M & A - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/CA/IIT/NIT/BITS Role Objective : To work closely with the leadership along with respective business heads on the following areas: Strategy, Investor Relations, M&A, Monitoring Key Business Metrics, Program management of strategic initiatives. Role : Shape the business strategy through : - Program-manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessment - Provide data-driven analysis and insights on business problem statements to support in decision making - Make investor presentations, interact with analysts - Evaluate M&A opportunities - Liaising with business, product & tech, analytics and other function teams to proactively identify, develop & drive strategies & initiatives - Work on the strategic direction of the company, make annual operating plans for businesses - Manage key relationships with consultants and external partners Required : - First principles thinking - CA/MBA (from Reputed Institutes) or B.Tech (from Tier 1 college) with 1-2 yrs experience in the relevant domain or consulting - Strong data analytics skills, knowledge of Excel/Google sheets - Good understanding of financial statements - P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet - Strong Program Management Skills - Experience in equity analysis/strategy/investor relations/M&A/big 4 consulting firms preferred
