Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Manage product development activities
Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
Manage daily activities of the development team
Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team
The team is senior with many of the folks having experience of more than 10 years, so we need a manager with strong technical and inter-personal skills.

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
8+ years of total experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
3+ years of experience of managerial experience, handling other leads in the team
Strong software design, data modelling, architectural skills
Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript)
An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
