Customer Acquisition: Expand the customer base with a strong focus on acquiring new clients to increase container volumes and market share. Client Engagement: Oversee consistent follow-ups with existing, inactive, and prospective customers to ensure sustained engagement and increased bookings. Performance Analysis: Review and analyze daily sales performance reports, presenting actionable insights and market trends to senior management. Financial Oversight: Monitor and ensure timely payment collections in alignment with the recovery schedule, while minimizing outstanding receivables. Network Building: Build and strengthen a reliable network of clients and partners to support the long-term expansion of NVOCC operations. Market Intelligence: Lead competitor and market intelligence efforts to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a results-driven and collaborative team culture.
