Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and support our marketing initiatives for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing strategies, with the ability to execute impactful campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties. • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, brochures, websites, and other promotional materials. • Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. • Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines. • Organize and participate in promotional events such as property exhibitions and open house campaigns. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in real estate marketing or a similar role. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools). • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
