Position : Site Engineer Location : Chembur , Mumbai Exp. - 2-5 yrs Budget : Rs 15000 to 25000 (Monthly) Industry : Real Estate Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field JD: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work. Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress, labor deployment, and materials consumption. Ensure materials delivered to the site conform to approved specifications. Liaise with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues at the site. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed at the site. Assist in the preparation of site-level budgets, cost tracking, and material planning.
