Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - RCU - Risk in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the risk control unit to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all risk-related activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on risk management best practices.
