Designation- Senior Manager

Department- Sales

Requirement:

-11 to 14 years minimum experience in Pharma/ Surgical sales/ Diagnostic sales background is a must.

-Must be willing to commit long term with Meril.

-Must be ready to relocate to Vapi as operations will be from HQ.

-Senior Individual : RSM Level Preferrable.

Duties & responsibilities:

1) Achieving & driving secondary sales targets

2) Selection & recruitment of right team members for allocated state

3) Setting up distribution network in districts/ territories

4) Monitoring & brainstorming to continuous improvement.

5) To organise & mobilise marketing & awareness programs in your territory in a cost effective manner.

ULTIMATE KRA- DRIVE SALES & Increase Market Share of Meril’s Products in your State Via operating from headquarters (60 to 70%), & Rest 30% would be On- Field

Training:

3 Week initial training will be provided to you under which company induction, product overview & business unit knowledge will be gained.
