Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Track materials from receipt to delivery and maintain accurate records of materials in transit and completed deliveries. 2. Oversee the preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming materials and ensure proper documentation. 3. Collect and maintain test certificates for relevant materials, ensuring proper filing and compliance. 4. Generate and present reports on logistics activities, material tracking, inventory levels, and vendors in & out tracking.. 5. Ensure the quality of material to be checked, at a time of material delivered at the store. . 6. Identify and address issues related to material shortages or delays, managing any red flags promptly to Project Manager or Project HOD. 7. Assess if unavailable materials are critical to operations and determine the need for alternatives or alternative sourcing. 8. Maintain the store in terms of safety and quality and carry out the periodic audit to ensure the same. Qualification & Preferred Skills ? B.E / B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. ? Proven experience in managing large teams effectively. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
