Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Inside Sales to lead initiatives aimed at generating and engaging with business partners to build new business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities and a proven track record in executing strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. Identify client requirements, recognize opportunities and assist in increasing revenue. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. Communicate with clients and staff to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Collaborate with various professionals to enhance business development efforts. Maintain a focused and goal-oriented approach to business development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in inside sales. Proven track record in managing and motivating a team of 56 tele-callers. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of finance and related terminology.
