Manager - Inside Sales

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales initiatives from our Mumbai office. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations including lead generation, nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and overseeing account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Drive lead generation strategies and follow up on inbound and outbound leads - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle account management tasks, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation - Strong background in Customer Relationship Management and Account Management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Experience in the education or technology industry is an added advantage - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field
