Manager HR for Bihar

• Manpower Planning & Recruitment – Coordinate with departments to recruit workers, staff, and supervisors as per production needs.
• Onboarding & Induction – Ensure proper joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
• Employee Relations – Maintain a positive work environment, address grievances, and handle worker issues effectively.
• Statutory Compliance – Ensure PF, ESI, Factory Act, and labor law compliance including audit readiness.
• Time Office & Attendance – Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and coordinate with payroll team.
• Payroll Coordination – Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of inputs.
• Training & Development – Conduct training on health, safety, behavior, skill enhancement, and compliance.
• Disciplinary Actions – Manage misconduct cases, issue warnings, and handle domestic inquiries.
• Worker Welfare – Monitor canteen, drinking water, crèche, medical and other welfare facilities.
• Audit & Buyer Compliance – Prepare for social and technical audits (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, etc.).
• Policy Implementation – Ensure company policies, Code of Conduct, and HR systems are followed.
• Health & Safety – Work with safety team to ensure a secure and clean working environment.

Pay: ₹68,719.00 - ₹74,361.00 per year
