Manager - Facility

As a Facilities Manager at Rehlko, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities to create an energy resilient world for a better future. Your role will also involve collaborating with environmental teams to ensure proper usage, storage, and handling compliance. Conducting routine safety inspections, providing training, and assisting in accident investigations will be important aspects of your job. You will be expected to maintain documentation on facility practices, policies, and procedures, as well as ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory agencies. Evaluating problems, recommending solutions, and coordinating efforts with contractors to follow safety procedures will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, communicating any safety or security issues to staff members and performing other related tasks as needed will be essential in this role.
