Manager - Business Development

Job Summary

SmartTalk, a leading brand with 500+ centers across India, is looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Managers to join our Chandigarh Head Office team. If you're driven, love meeting people, and are fluent in English – we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Expansion

• Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across Punjab, Haryana, and surrounding states.
• Expand SmartTalk’s reach by establishing new centers and business partnerships.

School Communication Labs

• Promote and pitch SmartTalk’s Communication Lab model to schools and educational institutions.
• Conduct compelling presentations for school decision-makers.

Client Meetings & Travel

• Meet 6–8 prospects daily (schools, franchise leads, partners).
• Regular field travel is required (within and outside Chandigarh).

Sales & Target Achievement

• Meet the monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000 through outreach and conversions.
• Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, references, and follow-ups.

Reporting & Feedback

• Maintain and submit daily reports on meetings and outcomes.
• Share market feedback to help refine expansion strategies.

Required Skills

• MBA in Marketing – Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales
• Willingness to travel regularly for field meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
