Job Description

As a Training Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for both existing and new ISPs, focusing on enhancing their product understanding, product handling, and key application knowledge. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the development of STC trainers by conducting Train the Trainer programs and assisting them in preparing training modules. You will also be involved in the development of local service centers by coordinating the appointment, training, and addressing specific support needs of these centers. Conducting application meets and providing application support will also be part of your responsibilities. This includes preparing technical guidelines for various equipment such as fans, pumps, compressors, cranes, conveyors, etc., as well as guidelines on the use of communication protocols in Drives & PLC. Collaboration with Sales/ISP for new application development and delivering product presentations and demonstrations at end users, OEMs, and consultants will be essential. Moreover, you will provide support to the sales and service teams by ensuring project specification compliance. To excel in this role, you should have a BE/B.Tech degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience in executing automation projects involving VFD, PLC, HMI & SCADA. Proficiency in programming software of PLC & SCADA is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with stakeholders and documenting processes. Additionally, excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure will be beneficial.
