Establish and implement Quality Management systems. 2. To aim for 100% defect free parts produced and despatched. 3. To effectively handle customer queries/complainats. 4. Monitor and review Quality control activities. Indicative Tasks Competencies (all competencies required to carry out this key responsibility and indicative tasks) 1. Establish and implement Quality Management systems. Establish and implement procedures and work instructions with respect to Quality. - Knowledge on process and products - Knowledge ISO standards and regulations - Have an eye for details - Execution Excellence - Knowledge on Quality standards Monitor and review the documents related to ISO requirement.
