Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Supervisor located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the machine shop, ensure production planning, supervise milling and machining processes, and maintain quality control standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, training staff, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills in a machine shop environment
• Experience in Production Planning and workflow management
• Proficiency in Milling and Machining techniques
• Strong background in Quality Control processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
