Technical Leadership & Development: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement scalable solutions. Architect and develop complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC . Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards . Review code, perform unit testing, and ensure quality standards across projects. Own and optimize Salesforce CI/CD processes for efficient deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role . Expert knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL . Strong experience in Salesforce integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) .
