Job Description

Technical Leadership & Development: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement scalable solutions. Architect and develop complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC . Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards . Review code, perform unit testing, and ensure quality standards across projects. Own and optimize Salesforce CI/CD processes for efficient deployments. Willing to take hands on coding responsibilities Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of Agile methodologies. Manage and resolve technical roadblocks for the team. Integration & Performance Optimization: Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) . Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce applications. Maintain Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role . Expert knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL . Strong experience in Salesforce integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) . Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like JIRA . Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred: Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect track).
