We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer - ITSM to join our team at LTIMindtree, with locations available across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in this field. Key Skills required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in ITSM and CMDB, Integration. - Strong knowledge of HTML technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS. - Familiarity with SOA technologies like REST, SOAP. - Exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or Virtual Agent technologies would be beneficial. - Understanding of application development on a cloud platform. - Ability to gather and assess user requirements and create technical requirement documents. - Willingness to collaborate with various software development teams for application development, unit testing, deployment, and enhancement of product performance, quality, security, and stability. - Experience working with the agile methodology for software development. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies. - Eagerness to drive continuous improvement in the software development life cycle. - Strong grasp of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
