Position: Logistics Executive (Import/Export)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Get the schedules from the shippers on weekly basis before a month Country wise - for both the air/ship for LCL and FCL

2. Circulate the dates to vendors- FEI /Mumbai and Chennai

3. Interact with the sourcing of FEI- three month in advance- - about the LCL shipments schedules and FCL schedules.

4. Need to communicate - country wise- liners VS vendors VS CHA VS CFS to lineup for the material pick up as per the schedule, well in advance.

5. Keep inform the day by day, update on the materials movement in DRS material

6. Share all the relevant information to the CHA with necessary documents, for pre-alert BOE filing to avoid the last minute delay and pay interest.

7. Once the material is delivered to the destination - update the tracker - make the analysis - TAT.

8. Communication everyday by mail to the purchase team of FEI about the material status.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
