Logistics coordinator

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage dispatch, route planning, and daily fleet operations for a high-volume mining transportation contract. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in truck logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule truck dispatches as per client requirement
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, and loading/unloading points
• Maintain daily trip records, fuel data, and route sheets
• Handle emergency delays, rerouting, and driver support
• Report daily fleet status to management

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in logistics or fleet coordination
• Strong knowledge of routes, tolls, and vehicle types (especially 18/22-wheeler)
• Good command of Hindi and basic English
• Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and tracking apps
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
