Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused individual to lead our supply chain and logistics function. This is a hands-on leadership role to manage end-to-end logistics from sourcing to last mile, with the opportunity to build and scale the function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the entire supply chain: sourcing, inventory planning, inbound logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery
• Set up and scale warehousing operations – identifying partners, implementing SOPs, and ensuring cost-effective storage and dispatch
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods
• Monitor key KPIs – fulfillment rates, delivery TATs, logistics cost per order, and inventory health
• Identify and implement process automations and tools for better operational control
• Build and gradually scale the supply chain and operations team as the business grows
• Plan for scale: create systems that are future-ready and built to support new channels, SKUs, and geographies
• Step into a functional head role as the team and business scale

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce/consumer products with exposure to end-to-end supply chain
• Prior experience setting up logistics infrastructure and managing cross-border sourcing is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong process and cost control orientation
• Hustler attitude with a builder mindset — ability to operate solo initially and scale with the business
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced growth environments
