Vendor & AMC Management Coordinate with external vendors for procurement of hardware/software, repairs, AMC renewals, and service calls. Track IT-related purchases, licenses, and warranties. Negotiate and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain proper documentation of vendor dealings, quotations, and payment schedules.
