What will you do?
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and business-savvy Data Analyst to join our Product team. You’ll be the go-to person turning raw numbers into meaningful insights that help us build better products, fuel growth, and derive the pulse of the users.This role requires a strong command of data tools (Mixpanel, Metabase, SQL/NoSQL), the ability to interpret complex product journeys, and a knack for storytelling with data.Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Mixpanel, Metabase, and other BI tools.
- Set up and validate event tracking infrastructure for new feature launches.
- Collaborate with PMs to define success metrics and run analysis on feature adoption, funnel conversions, and retention patterns.
- Write performant SQL and NoSQL queries and work with other data sources where required.
- Partner with engineering to ensure data reliability and hygiene across systems.
- Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analyses to answer business and product hypotheses.
- Identify actionable insights from events and communicate them clearly to product and leadership teams.
- Help set up A/B experiments and evaluate their impact.
You’ll be a great fit if you have
- 2–4 years of experience in a data or product analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing tech company.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (window functions, joins, subqueries, etc.) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, BigQuery, or Firebase (aggregate, lookup, etc).
- Experience working with Mixpanel, Metabase, and/or other product analytics tools.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of product funnels, user cohorts, and growth metrics.
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in FinTech, EdTech, or working closely with Product and Growth teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
