Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs within the company, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consulting services. Additional responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance across all business operations, managing legal risks, and supporting the company in strategic decision-making processes.

• Expertise in Law and Legal Affairs
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance
• Experiences in drafting and agreement preparation
• Experience in Legal Consulting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with the export, import, and manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
