We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys in the preparation and filing of both family-based and employment-based immigration petitions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of U.S. immigration procedures, forms, and legal documentation and be capable of handling a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, including but not limited to:

• Employment-based and family-based immigration cases
• Draft legal correspondence, forms, and support letters based on case strategy
• Collect and organize evidence and supporting documentation from clients
• Track case progress and maintain internal case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, Docketwise, or similar)
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and respond to routine inquiries
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all client interactions
• Prioritize workload based on urgency and filing deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum 6–2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law (employment-based and/or family-based)
• Familiarity with USCIS, DOL, and NVC procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working directly with attorneys in a law firm or legal outsourcing setting
• Comfort handling cases with minimal supervision after onboarding
• Adaptable to attorney preferences and workflows
