Role Description

This is a full-time Leasing Manager role located on-site in Noida. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting market research, administering leases, overseeing property management, and ensuring resident retention. Daily tasks include establishing relationships with clients, negotiating lease terms, coordinating property viewings, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing lease agreements and lease administration
• Knowledge of market research and property management
• Skills in resident retention and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in commercial real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
