Leasing Manager / Executive – Commercial & Retail Spaces 🏢 Company: Leasing Cafe We are a leading commercial real estate consultancy, helping top brands across India find the right retail, F&B, and franchise spaces. 📍 Location:[Your City] – Travel involved for site visits and brand meetings 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and shortlist commercial properties (malls, high streets, markets) Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, builders, IPCs, and developers Understand brand requirements and match them with suitable sites Conduct site visits with brand reps and decision-makers Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, LOIs, and other documentation Coordinate between brands, landlords, legal teams, and internal stakeholders Maintain up-to-date property databases and deal trackers 👤 Candidate Profile:2–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or retail expansion Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Good understanding of commercial markets, especially for retail/F&B Professional communication in English and Hindi Comfortable with site visits and client meetings 💼 Job Type: Full-time | Field-based 💰 Salary & Perks:₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) High incentives on closures Performance-based growth path to City Lead / Senior Manager
