Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Leadership Team member at MindClub Foundation. The Leadership Team member will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of financial literacy programs, managing investor awareness events, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also supervise daily operations, lead a team of dedicated professionals, and ensure program alignment with company goals. Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing program implementation and event management
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to ensure program alignment with organizational goals
• Knowledge of financial literacy initiatives and securities market training is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
