Lead - Payroll Tax Compliance

You will be responsible for translating legislation into language that can be easily understood by the business. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Advanced MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate expertise in project management, planning, and organizing tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and experience in process coaching are also necessary. Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques is a plus.
