Job Description

1. Designing and testing LEX bots, developing/editing scripts for Contact Centerdeployments in Amazon Connect. 2. Consulting with the business during migration build efforts to formulateinitial call flows. 3. A variety of other Amazon Connect/Lex tasks associated with the waves withinthe migration. 4. Will also support/cooperate with the rest of the Contact Center group ontheir parts where scripting skills will be important to the team. 5. Cross train as necessary when there is availability. 6. Examination of current call flows in Cisco. 7. Examination of call flows that go from Amazon to Cisco if needed. 8. CCE log work as needed.
